Affordable, feature-rich and built for great, public-facing data storytelling. We're excited to introduce the Flourish Presenter plan, available with Canva Business.
As part of this launch, we're restructuring our plans to better align features with how they're actually used and make them more fine-tuned and well-aimed at addressing different use cases and scales.
Q: What is the Presenter Plan?
A: The Flourish Presenter plan is included with a Canva Business plan. It empowers you to create presentation-ready visualisations, ready to be featured in a Canva design or exported as images, without Flourish attribution, and be non-duplicable if you choose to.
Aimed for professional, creative use for individuals, it is a great starting point for taking your data storytelling to the next level of presentation-ready polish.
Q: Which features will be changing?
A: A few advanced options — such as SVGs/PNGs exports, disabling project duplication, logo and footer customization, and the Flourish app in Canva — are now available on paid plans.
Q: Can I use Flourish Presenter with my team?
A: Flourish Presenter empowers individuals with public presentation features and is not set up as a team plan. Even if you are a team in Canva, you won't be set up as a Flourish team.
Collaboration features, such as shared folders and project duplication are not available. Moreover, it is not possible to set up a custom theme to customize the styling of your projects.

Q: I'm a free Flourish user. What's changing for me?
A: The good news first:
Our Premium templates (Timeline, Marimekko, 3D Globe, Draw the Line, 3D viewer, Data explorer, SVG annotator, Text annotator, Calculator) are now FREE for everyone! 🎉
For projects created before 17/11/2025
All your existing work is completely safe:
- Published visualizations remain live and unchanged
- Embedded visualizations continue working exactly as they did before
- You can still edit and update existing projects with all the features you know and love
For projects created on or after 17/11/2025
- Image downloads are now offered as part of the Presenter plan
- Inline logos in the header and footer are now offered as part of Publisher or Enterprise plans
- Duplication protection is being offered as part of the Presenter plan - all new projects are now all duplicable by anyone after publishing
- Duplicated projects behave the same way as described above
For the Flourish app in Canva
- If you have used the Flourish app in Canva at any point from March 2025 to November 17, 2025, you will keep your access.
- If you haven't used the Flourish app from March 2025 to November 17, 2025, it is offered in the Presenter plan in Canva Business.
Q: Why these changes
A: We know Flourish plays an important role for many creators, so we’ve designed these updates to keep the platform open for free projects and to better serve those using it in a professional context.
Think of it as features finding their right home - presentation tools with presenters, publishing tools with publishers. Core creation stays free and actually gets more powerful, its tools more expansive through more available templates.
We're reorganizing rather than just restricting.
We understand this may be an adjustment, and we’ve done our best to make sure you can continue using Flourish with minimal inconvenience, in a way that allows us to continue to evolve the product for all our users.
Q: How do I sign up to the Presenter plan?
A: Flourish Presenter is only available with a Canva Business plan. Here's how to get it:

Head to the Canva Business webpage
If you don't have a Canva Business plan, you can sign up here.
It is also possible to sign up through your account page in Flourish if you are already on Canva Business.
Click Connect your Canva account, and if the Flourish and Canva accounts use the same email address, Flourish Presenter will be activated.

Canva Business will automatically be selected
Sign up to the Canva Business plan, which includes Flourish Presenter at no extra cost.
TIP: If you already have a free Flourish account, please use the same email to sign up for Canva Business. This will allow us to link your accounts and upgrade your existing account.

From the log-in options, choose Continue with Canva.

If you are signing up for the first time, choose Sign up with Canva.

Authenticate with your Canva Business account

Presenter plan is activated
Your Presenter features activate automatically.
You'll be able to:
- Embed visualizations directly in Canva designs via the Flourish app
- Export your projects as images (PNG, JPEG, SVG)
- Prevent your visualizations from being duplicated
Please note that if you upgrade to Canva Business and later downgrade, you’ll lose your free access to the Flourish app, even if you had kept access as a free user.
