In our bar chart starting points, labels are displayed on top of bars. However, it's also possible to display your labels next to your bars with just a few steps.

In the Labels settings, select Axis.

In the Y axis > Ticks and labels settings, toggle on the Styling settings. Here, you can increase the size of your labels, change the color and tweak the padding.

In the Tick marks & axis line settings, you can also change the color and width of the axis line, as well as set the length of your ticks to 0.

That's it! Your bar chart labels should now appear next to your bars instead of above them. In our example below, we've also disabled gridlines, enabled data labels and hidden our X axis.
